Refund policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure they are clean, unwashed and unworn. Refund for amount of merchandise less shipping. Customers must ship items back to The Uniform Shoppe in their original condition. Defective products are returnable and will be replaced at no additional charge. No return on altered or embellished items. When requesting returns, please make sure all items you wish to return are on one return request.

A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returns on items without manufacturer defect or store error.

To request a return, go to your order status page. The order status page can be accessed via your customer account / Shop account, or you may access it through one of your order or delivery confirmation emails. After you request your return, we will review the request and be in contact with you.
